I increased my weekly miles up over 45 this week. Next week I'll get close to 50 and I hope by January to be in the 60 to 70 range weekly. Looking back, I didn't quite average 40 miles per week leading up to the Twin Cities Marathon. If my body can handle it, I plan to have an average around 70 miles or so per week. With the extra miles in training, I hope I don't start fading at mile 16 in my next marathon, like I did in the TCM.
